Fees can vary considerably, dependent upon the project and services required.
On site consultations- a consultation in the Gold Coast area is $45.00 plus GST. The time allowed for the consultation is one hour. If the consultation lasts for over an hour we charge our time at $45.00 per hour plus GST. Following the consultation we will start compiling all information discussed to produce a concept plan.
Landscape design services- Landscape designs start at about $550.00 plus GST for smaller type projects.
For larger projects the cost can be much more- as a guide to complete a full residential landscape design for a normal sized residential lot would be cost approximately $800.00 to $1200.00 plus GST. This assumes CAD drawing files are available showing the lot of the house position.
